On March 17^th, 2011, the Liberal Party of Québec announced a massive tuition fee increase to unfold over 5 years as of fall 2012.  As CEGEP students, we are the most vulnerable to these increases. We continue to work with members of the Canadian Federation of Students, la Fédération Collègiale Étudiante du Québec, and l’Association pour un Solidarité Syndicale Étudiante, in order to stop these fee increases. Collectively, we will persuade the Québec Liberals that Education is a Right.

We also lobby the Federal Government for the creation of a post-secondary education act, a dedicated transfer system, as well as to move the money invested in ‘Tuition Tax Credit’ directly into the National Grant System. For more information see ‘Public Education for the Public Good’
